🛎Wirth on Wednesday Heavy Hitters⚒

Many of you have reached out wanting to assist with the production of Loppet Cycle Works Wirth on Wednesday’s.

We’ll have two shifts: one from 3 pm to 6 pm and one from 5 pm to 9 pm.

Obviously, we’ll take you ANY time you can make it, and forever how long we can get you, but these are the time chunks that we’ll need filled by teams of people getting things done.

LCW Heavy Hitters will be insuring course set-up, timing, parking, registration, timing chip and number assignment, neutral support for registrants, spectator engagement, staging, course marshaling, finish line management, timing chip collection, post-race crowd control, results, awards, and course tear-down.
