I’ve leveraged a home in Cable, WI for the weekend for us to stay in if you are interested in rerouting our trip north and repacking to suit fat bike shredding? My proposal is this:
- Head out tomorrow night (Friday) from my house at 6pm for Cable.
- Ride the heck out of the CAMBA trails, eat a lot of food, share some laughs, and enjoy a winter wonderland retreat for two days.
- Return home after exhausting ourselves Sunday night (home by 9pm)
I have 6 fat bikes for those who don’t have bikes (2 smalls, 2 mediums, a large and an extra large), and can work on procuring additional rigs should we need them. I also have an extra pair of size 41 and an extra pair of size 44.5 winter riding boots for anyone who doesn’t have them and wears one of those sizes.
In addition, I have extra clothing for anyone who doesn’t have winter riding gear.
From there, participants will need all of the amenities outlined for the trip to Bentonville, except for locks, pumps, and the quantities of items (as we will only be gone for two days vs. four)
I can keep cost to $100 for the weekend.
